Only a simple four-step procedure
When your initial call, you will speak to a knowledgeable staff member. After collecting relevant information, an appointment will be made for a FREE non-obligation home assessment.
The initial in-home assessment focuses on determining the safety risk and challenges facing a client. It is also an opportunity to find out as much as possible about your needs and home care issues and what type of qualities you were looking for in a caregiver.
A personalized care plan will then be presented, and agreed upon by all parties, before “matching” a client to a suitable caregiver
Matching the most suitable caregiver for you and ensuring that you and your loved one is put in the best possible caregiver’s hands. Of course, if there’s any concerns about specific caregiver, we can search for and provide a replacement.
